When will my order ship?
We will process and ship your order within 1-3 business days from receipt.
When will my order arrive?
Please allow 5-7 business days from the time of purchase. However, the average wait is typically between 2-4 business days.
How can I track my order?
A tracking number will be emailed to you after your order has been processed and shipped. If you do not receive a tracking number with your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com and we will resend it.

International shipping time frames.
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of receipt, and are assigned by the carrier with "up to" 15 days transit time to your country. However, given the nature and complexity of international shipping, please allow up to 30 days for any holds or inspections on the part of customs.
What about customs and taxes?
International laws and taxes can vary greatly from country to country. Because of this, we do not include those fees in our flat rate shipping prices. You will be responsible for any local customs and duties required. The law states that we must include the full value of the contents of your parcel, and thus, any taxes and/or fees may be calculated based on this value. How do I return an item?
Your complete satisfaction is our utmost concern. If your merchandise is broken, defective, or unused and still in its original condition and you wish to return it, please contact us at email@example.com for instructions before doing so. All returns received and approved within 30 days of purchase will be refunded to the original method of payment.
I'm ordering as a gift. Will you ship it to them for me?
Certainly! We'd be more than happy to. Simply input the recipient's mailing address as the shipping (destination) address and we will gladly ship it to them.
To make it before Christmas 2017, when should I order?
The USPS posted their shipping deadlines for the holidays. They state, "To ensure packages are delivered in time for Christmas, USPS recommends the following dates."
What if an item I want is unavailable or sold out?
In the event of any item(s) being on back order, we will email you and let you know any creative solutions we may be able to offer to reach an alternative. In the event that you still desire the item on back order, we will prioritize your shipment and rush your delivery at our expense as soon as it is back in stock.
